What is Krill?

It is a cloud CRM created for project management with Agile Scrum methodology. It also has a section dedicated to the administration of customer data, contracts and quotes. Let's go into detail.

Projects: It is the heart of Krill. The space in which to create the iterations, by entering the start and end dates and the expected speed: it will be possible to monitor the progress of the iteration from a simple graph. The team creates the files of the works to be carried out, distinguishing them by area (eg programming) and modifying them according to the progress of the work. Each single card contains: the customer's name, a brief description of the work to be carried out, the effort, the individual resource to which it is entrusted, the status. The sum of the efforts of all the boards will compose the iteration speed. Monitoring takes place in real time, looking at the board containing the graph.
Team: The administrator creates the team by inviting the members involved, who only have to respond to the invitation to join the work group. Every day it is possible to check how both the entire team and individual resources are working, monitoring speed, slowdowns, work status, completed projects and integrations. The monitoring takes place both by comparing the speed trend during the iteration and the evolution of each card. At the end of the iteration, the administrator will know exactly what worked and what are the possible wrong behaviors to correct to perfect the work in the next iteration.
Customers: Not just the team, but all customers in a single dashboard to always have updated data and useful information related to their projects, in compliance with privacy regulations. After creating the customer card with the personal data, the Krill admin will be able to associate the contracts with each customer and write notes relating to the customer or project. The search filter allows you to find the necessary information immediately. To avoid the manual registration of each customer, we have created the possibility to import and export data, total or by individual customer.
Estimates: How many times do we not know how many of the estimates presented have turned into projects to be implemented? With Krill the whole situation is under control: each quote becomes a card with all its data, from which it is possible to obtain important information to recontact the possible customer and write down his answers. The search for quotes is facilitated by the internal search engine.
